I first met Will after he helped my friend purchase her first home. She had mentioned how great he was so once I felt ready I scheduled a free meeting with him to discuss some of my real estate goals and get a better idea of how much I qualified for based on my income, credit score, and existing debts, and how I should best prepare to get what I wanted. 6 months later, I pulled the gun and started the search.
Will helped my look for homes and Rosie helped with the loan. Will was super patient throughout the process. I sent him texts/emails multiple times a day with questions, new listings, etc., and he always responded in a timely manner without ever complaining. Rosie was always on it, super organized, and quick to remind me of which documents I hadn’t turned in. It was great because they kept the escrow process running as smoothly and efficiently possible without any delays.
Searching for homes can be a stressful process but they were both so nice in allowing me to include my family in the process and making them feel included that my grandfather later wanted to work with them as well. He speaks Spanish, he can be grumpy (shh don’t tell him), has no patience, and he’s retired - any of those things would have a been a problem for any other agent to work with, but they took on the challenge. He sold his home with Will as his agent, and then used Will and Rosie once again to purchase another home. He is 73 and had purchased and sold many properties through different agents, but Will and Rosie were his favorite.
All three of these transactions happened between October 2018 and June 2019. I purchased, my grandpa sold, and then he purchased again.. and the best part, after 6 months of having my house, they helped me refinance my home to lower the interest rate from 5% to 2.75%, dropping my mortgage payment FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!
